Yes, if you are an indepentant IT contactor / IT support person or work in an IT department - we will put you on an applicable pricing level. You will be able to log in and see pricing that shows the dealer discount that you are entitled to.

What
services do you provide to resellers / purchasing departments?
We offer a variety of discounts over our retail price (applied in different ways), blind shipping, drop shipping.
What drop shipping allows you to do is attach multiple addresses to your account (branch offices for example) and then select the one you would like the order to be sent to, while the billing address is your head office address, this saves time and courier costs from shipping the goods twice.
Blind shipping - You supply us your logo - which gets attached to your profile, when you notify us to do a blind ship order it is sent to your customer along with a packing slip with your logo on it. There is no reference to Computer Link in any of the included material. We bill you at whatever rate you are on with us and you then bill your customer for the item(s) at the rate you decide upon.

Can I delete an address from my shipping address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it. (or just contact us for assistance).

What is the promotion code / certificate coupon code field in the cart page?
It's for entering any promotional codes to get a
discount for valid items that have been added to your cart. Look out
for discount / promotion codes in our Email newsletters, general correspondence
(we may hide them in our Email footers), web adverts and print material.
You may share promotion codes with people that you think would also
like the discounts.

How secure are my personal details and credit card details?
Please refer to our privacy policy as to the personally
identifiable information we keep. Your details are stored in a password
protected / encrypted fashion. Online transactions / information transfers
are protected by SSL encryption.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, click on the Order Status link. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you can contact us via Email or phone. Order cancellation policies are in out terms and conditions, which can be found at the base of this page.

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special
discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. These schemes would become available to
you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other
channels.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No, please call us to see if you have been setup
on the new system. We may ask that you sign up again online so we can
get your up to date contact details. You will not be able to create
more than one account using the same Email address as your ID.
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

What
methods of payment are available.
You can pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), there is no additional charge for credit card transactions as this is factored in to all prices online.
You may pay by cheque, but will have to wait up to 5 working days for the cheque to clear before the order is shipped, we do accept bank cheques and EFTPOS if you are picking up the order.
Direct credit is available, contact sales for our bank account details.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name
or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit.
We will send your password to your default E-mail address.

guest users and registered customers. Of course, to get a better discounted price you must be a
