Computer Link was established in 1998 and has been operating servicing customers in Wellington and around the country since. In 2000 Computer Link was appointed the exclusive distribution for Trendware International - now TRENDnet ( www.trandnet.com ) a rising networking equipment company based in Torrance - California United States and T-Win Systems (www.aicipc.com) a leading manufacturer of Extreme Storage based in Taiwan.

We currently supply businesses (small and large), IT support persons and home users with equipment and offer services to customers such as drop shipping and blind shipping as well as custom pricing based on the ongoing relationship with us, rather than plain volume.

The main product lines for Computer Link are; Networking equipment (switches, adaptors, wireless, gigabit, internet sharing stations and firewalls), Graphics cards and multimedia products (nVidia graphics cards, soundcards, video capture devices), General PC components and second hand (Ex-lease) desktop PCs, monitors, printers, networking equipment and servers.

What we mean by "Pricing / Customer Levels" and why you need to login to our store to see your custom prices.

Pricing levels are tiered - based on the ongoing relationship a customer has with us, rather than plain volume. The levels we have pricing set at apply to regular customers, corporate customers and IT resellers. A low volume IT reseller can achieve the same pricing level as a higher volume one by moving up through the pricing levels over time, whilst the higher volume resellers get to the pricing levels faster they are always obtainable by the smaller resellers. Active customers are rewarded with better pricing than is advertised when you are not logged into the webstore. Resellers (IT consultants etc...) will always be able to sell a product at a reasonable margin and not have to worry about an Importer/Distributor/Retailer competing directly, which happens too often.

Business hours and contact information

Business hours are 8:30am until 5:30PM Monday to Friday and 10AM until 2PM Saturday.
We prefer that prior arrangement to be made should you wish to inspect products at our premises.
Visitors are welcome, although an appointment is preferred for new customers or casual visitors so we can be sure that someone is available to assist you with a particular query.

Online Payment information (methods)

Payment can be made online using a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) or by selecting the 'payment at time of pickup or prepayment - Cash/Eftpos' which lets us know you will pay when collecting the goods. You can also select 'payment at time of pickup or prepayment - Direct debit / Cash debit' in this case payment can be placed into our bank account via cash or direct debit, when the funds have been made available your order will be released for shipping or pickup.

There are no additional fees or charges for payment by credit card.

If you have on-account terms with us the option to put the order on your account will be available.

for a small box that is under 3KG a 'shoebox' .

Smaller items may be packed in one box where possible as long as the weight doesn't increase above the couriers limits.

Order Changes (cancelling or updating)
To update or cancel orders you have placed you can email us at sales@computerlink.co.nz
Alternately if you would like to get the status of your order you
can log into your account, go to the Order Status page and check
the status of any orders placed. (This includes tracking internally
before your order is shipped and once it has left our premises by
courier you will also see the courier tracking number).

Generally there is no additional technical support supplied with a product, many products are intended for a technically savvy users and so please talk to us first to see if a product will be suitable for your situation.
